Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Molins PLC operates to high professional standards and we are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business.  The Group’s Ethics Policy sets out key values which Molins PLC considers important to the way in which its business is operated.

As an international business, the parts and products Molins sells are sourced from a broad range of national and international suppliers.

We carry out reasonable and practical checks to test whether our standards are being implemented throughout our suppliers’ businesses and that local legislation and regulations are complied with.  Any instances of non-compliance will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and any remedial actions tailored appropriately.

To help facilitate compliance with these policies a worldwide, confidential, independent help-line is in place which employees, contractors and suppliers may contact to report any issues they are concerned about.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors, who will review and update it as necessary on an annual basis.
