Recruitment Agencies
MTM operates a preferred supplier list (PSL) for all permanent and temporary recruitment. We do not accept unsolicited CV's from agencies or search firms and will not pay fees to such vendors unless they are on our preferred supplier list.
At the current time, we have no plans to review our supplier list and would politely request that you refrain from contacting HR or hiring managers at the current time.
The PSL will be reviewed annually in January. If you would like to register your interest in being a recruitment partner with Molins, please e-mail HR.MTM@molins.com, including the subject heading "PSL Review", with the following information:
- Areas of specialty
- Numbers of positions filled the last year by speciality
- Results ratio of candidates presented versus hired in the last year
